Francesca McDowall is the author of 'Surviving Spiritual Abuse – Hope Healing & Restoration for those who have experienced hurt '. She is also the founder of the ReSart Therapeutic Coaching Programme. She is passionate about supporting individuals to heal, be made whole and pursue God’s purpose for their life. 

Francesca holds a MA in Coaching and Mentoring, a BSc in Psychology and is the Founder and Director of Elevate Coaching & Consultancy Ltd. An experienced Managing Director,Inspirational Speaker, Leadership Coach and Award Winning Mentor, she works with individuals and groups on their personal and professional goals. Francesca writes a blog, hosts a podcast and has served as a life group leader in her local church.
